Electronic Documents
The ARMS Armory Management System enables digitized electronic documents to be stored within the ARMS database. As such, ARMS tracks objects and events, and enables creation of electronic forms, and also supports attachment of electronic documents for seamless physical object management and electronic document management. Examples of documents that can be stored in ARMS include:
> weapon technical drawings
> weapon warranty and maintenance agreements
> maintenance reports
> inspection and cleaning reports
> test firing reports
> personnel credentials
The ARMS Armory Management System is designed to provide robust and complete software capabilities for storing data, forms and documents.
