Reporting

The ARMS Armory Management System includes extensive standard reports and the ability to support unlimited custom reports.  ARMS reports are based on executing SQL queries, including complex multi-table joins, providing robust reporting capabilities to meet any requirements.  Example reports include:

  > all weapons, gear and ammo in armory

  > all weapons, gear and ammo overdue for return to armory

  > all personnel due for re-certification

  > all weapons due for maintenance

  > all weapos due for cleaning, inspection or test firing

  > shift inventory exceptions report

Reports can be generated in .csv and .html formats, and can be opened in .xls or third-party reporting tools for further processing and manipulation.  Reports can also be automatically emailed to designated recipients utilizing an organization’s existing email program.
