The ARMS Armory Management System supports the use of video cameras to provide maximum security for an armory’s weapons, gear, ammo, containers and other objects that are stored in the armory.
Most often, IP-cameras are utilized that connect to a networked server, DVR or NVR for storage of video footage. Video cameras are configurable, such as:
Video footage can be views real-time on computer(s) and/or simply stored for future access as needed.
The ARMS Armory Management System stores audit trail records any time any RFID tagged object is removed from the armory in an unauthorized manner. The audit trail record includes a time/date stamped which can be compared to video time/date stamps
